Terms of service GWTask

1. Introduction

Welcome to the GWTask! These terms of service (“terms”) that governs your use of the web application and extension of GWTask (“services”), developed and operated by HVN Group.

By visiting or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not allowed to access the service.

2. User account

  • Create account: To use the services, you may need to register for an account. You must provide accurate information and complete the creation of your account.

  • To engage in any acts of any other limit or hinder the use or enjoyment of the service of any one, or as determined by us, may harm the GWTask or users of the services.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, but not limited to if you breach the terms.

Upon termination, your right to use your services will be immediately revoked.

6. Limitation of liability

In any case, GWTask and HVN Group, as well as the directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or their affiliates, will not be liable for any damage, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive of any kind, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other losses, invisible otherwise, arising from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any party Tuesday on the service; (iii) any content can be from service; and (iv) access, use, or unauthorized changes to the tv content of your download, whether based on warranty, contract, violations (including negligence) or any other legal theory other.

7. Change in terms

We reserve the right, at its own discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is important, we will try to provide notice at least 30 days prior to any new terms come into force.
